Online and Mobile Banking Enrollment
Before you begin the enrollment process, please have your account number accessible, which is located on your new account documents.
New Private Online Banking Client:
- Click here to enroll in Online Banking. For detailed instructions on enrollment, see the video below.
New Commercial Online Banking Client:
- Click here to enroll in Online Banking if you are the Business Administrator. For detailed instructions on enrollment, see the video below.
Existing Online Banking Private Client:
- Your account will be automatically updated to your profile at your next login.
Existing Online Banking Commercial Client:
- To add your new account to Online Banking:
- Log in to Oakworth Online in the upper right-hand portion of the landing page
- Select the “v” arrow next to Accounts
- Select “Connect An Account”
- Click “Oakworth Capital Bank Account” You will need the new account number(s) during this process.
- Key in the “Account number(s)”, “Nickname(s)” (for easy identification of multiple accounts) and select the corresponding “Account Type”
- Click “Add Account(s)”
- Once submitted, an Oakworth associate will review and approve the request (typically 24 to 48 hours)
