Before embarking on his role as client advisor at Oakworth, Mr. Nail worked at Regions Bank for 13 years in various leadership capacities, including private wealth management; leveraged finance and enterprise valuation (vice president); corporate banking (assistant vice president); and commercial and retail banking. He began his career with Edward Jones Investments as a financial advisor after interning for UBS and Morgan Keegan.
Deeply committed to his community, Mr. Nail holds or has held service positions spanning multiple areas: board of directors and finance committee for the Greater Birmingham Humane Society; board chair of Impact Family Counseling; previous vice chair and treasurer of Impact Family Counseling board of directors; president of the Greater Birmingham Humane Society young professionals board; president and vice president of Ronald McDonald House junior board; Grace House Ministries junior board; United Way visiting allocation team; Junior Achievement and Rotaract Club of Birmingham.
He and his wife Ashley have two children, daughter Carson and son Sims.
