Ms. Shaw will lead efforts in the identification, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Oakworth associates. Ms. Shaw joins Oakworth after over a decade in the healthcare industry, where she focused on talent and leadership development for various high-growth, public and non-profit companies.
In the community, Ms. Shaw serves on the Board of Directors of the Easter Seals of Birmingham and is an active member of organizations including the Junior League of Birmingham, the local Birmingham SHRM Chapter, as well as the national Society for Human Resource Management.
