OTCQX: Letter to Shareholders

Dear Oakworth Shareholder,

We are pleased to announce another exciting milestone in the evolution of Oakworth. Oakworth is now trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the symbol OAKC. As trades begin to occur, shareholders will be able to find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the company on the OTCQX. (In the meantime, our historical trade data may be found on our Shareholder site.)

We believed this move was important for two reasons. First, we know from our shareholders and from our own experience that we needed to improve the shareholder experience in a manner more consistent with our brand. That is, to make the shareholder experience easier and more efficient. While OTCQX requires willing buyers and sellers to locate one another, this can now be achieved more efficiently and more easily through a broker.

Second, Oakworth’s participation in a public platform for trading will enhance the visibility of OCI shares, which will improve sharing Oakworth’s story with a broader audience. The OAKC ticker symbol and DTC registration make trading and performance information available through financial sources such as Yahoo Finance and Google Finance.

We strongly encourage shareholders to convert certificates to an electronic holding (known as “book entry”).

Shareholders almost certainly hold any publicly traded investments electronically via their broker or stock transfer agent like Computershare already. Holding Oakworth shares electronically in a brokerage account will facilitate trading and transfers when desired. It also protects from certificate loss, which can be costly to replace.

Instructions are included for converting certificates to book entry in the FAQs link below.

Additional information on investments may be found by visiting our shareholder page. Please note that our BancList site will be sunsetting in the near future.

Enjoy this enhanced experience and, as always, we appreciate our shareholders’ support of Oakworth!
Sincerely,

Scott B. Reed

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
