Wes Mindingall

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Mr. Mindingall brings a strong background in commercial banking and community partnership. His collaborative approach and commitment to meeting the unique needs of clients and organizations align closely with Oakworth’s mission of delivering client-centered solutions.

Prior to joining Oakworth, the Tuscaloosa native served as senior vice president and market manager for Alabama and the Florida Panhandle in PNC Bank’s Community Development Banking Group, where he focused on advancing community reinvestment initiatives and supporting low- to moderate-income communities. During his tenure at PNC, he also held roles in commercial banking, building deep experience across relationship management and community-focused financial solutions. In addition, he is an alumnus of Leadership Birmingham.

Outside of the office, Mr. Mindingall is actively involved in his community. He serves as a coach for youth softball and as director of travel ball for the Hoover Softball Association. He and his wife, Nazaren, have two daughters, Olivia and Eleanor. He enjoys traveling, watching sports, grilling and landscaping.
