Mr. Dolecki joined Oakworth in January 2023 as Client Support Lead in the Charlotte office after serving as a Branch Leader at Truist. In his role leading the client support team, he played a key part in driving operational excellence while supporting both clients and colleagues with a high level of service and consistency.
He began his banking career at PNC Bank in 2012 and over the past 14 years has held various positions that have shaped his development across retail, business, and private banking. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, development, and growth throughout his career, consistently exemplifying Oakworth’s Core Values. As Client Support Lead, he contributed meaningfully to the success of the Carolinas office, fostering strong internal collaboration and client relationships.
A Pennsylvania native, he grew up in Meadville, where he learned to use the Golden Rule of treating others as one would like to be treated. He and his wife, Megan, live in Charlotte. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and pursuing the ongoing challenge of marathon running.
