Mr. Massey grew up in a third-generation family business founded in Montgomery, Alabama, where he saw through his father and grandfather’s experiences how valuable a banker’s dedication to client service is. As a commercial advisor, he brings that value system to his clients, making their success in meeting their goals his ultimate priority.
After interning during his time at school for Ameriprise Financial and Oakworth Capital, he began his career in 2021 as assistant relationship manager for ServisFirst Bank before transitioning to a lending role as commercial banking officer. In 2022 he was promoted to assistant vice president. In August 2023 he joined Oakworth as commercial client advisor.
He loves spending weekends with family at Lake Martin, as well as golfing and playing pickleball. He’s also an avid hunter. And while he earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Auburn University, he is a fan of The University of Alabama football program.
