Mr. Farr’s operational and technical expertise makes him uniquely invaluable to Oakworth. As director of FinOps for startup Productfy in San Jose, California, he led an operations team focused on efficient reconciliation and transaction reporting; problem solving with engineering teams to resolve client issues; identification and mitigation of high-risk transactions; and driving project completion. Additionally, he led a team that built debit and credit card programs as well as ACH and wire functionality across bank partners. In his role as senior vice president and COO for NobleBank & Trust in Anniston, Alabama, he led multiple operations teams, including those focused on technology and cybersecurity. His prior positions with NobleBank include head of operations, IT officer and credit analyst. His dedication to best-practice processes results in superior client service.
Mr. Farr enjoys volunteering in his community; he recently served as chairman of the Historic Main Street Oxford (Alabama) Board of Directors. He and his wife, Casey, have three children: Evan and twins Kate and Jase. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family, especially camping. He has also discovered a passion for welding and hobby fabrication. Additionally, he helps coach his childrens’ sports activities at Faith Christian School, where Ms. Farr is the athletic director.
