Ms. Shaw is responsible for the associate experience for Oakworth Capital Bank. In her role, she leads the efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, engagement and retention of Oakworth associates. Ms. Shaw joined Oakworth after 11 successful years in the healthcare industry, where she focused on talent and leadership development for various high-growth, public and non-profit companies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Easter Seals of Birmingham, is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Birmingham, alumni of the Momentum Executive Leadership Program and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Momentum Leaders and is a member of the Birmingham Society of HR Management chapter.
