Mr. Holt serves as chair of Maynard Nexsen’s national Insurance Practice Group, which represents insurance and financial services companies in all types of regulatory, compliance and litigated matters throughout the country. He has tried cases to verdict in Alabama, California and Texas, and routinely represents clients in high-stakes bad-faith and class-action litigation. Mr. Holt is regularly asked to speak at industry events and seminars by leading industry trade organizations.
