Ms. Kline has a strong background in talent acquisition, having built her recruiting expertise at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Law Firm before joining Oakworth. In her role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, she is dedicated to connecting top talent to the right opportunities, ensuring a seamless hiring experience that aligns with the company’s core values and goals.
Outside of work, Ms. Kline is actively involved in the Birmingham community. She serves as the Secretary of the Girls Inc. of Central Alabama Junior Board, Event Communications Manager for the Birmingham Rotaract Chapter, and is a member of the Executive Committee for the Robert E. Reed Foundation for GI Cancer. She also supports the arts as a member of the Birmingham Ballet Guild.
Ms. Kline and her husband, Sam, are active members of Canterbury United Methodist Church. She loves spending weekends with her family at Lake Martin and is a passionate Alabama football fan. Roll Tide!
