Mr. Taylor serves as a client advisor in Commercial Banking covering healthcare companies for Oakworth Capital Bank. He joined Oakworth in October 2022 to help facilitate the bank’s efforts to become a valued partner and banking and debt capital resource to owners, principals, private equity sponsors, family offices and intermediaries across the healthcare sector.
Throughout his 22-year career in finance, Mr. Taylor has held various private debt and commercial banking leadership and relationship management roles, including time in Bank of America’s Middle Market Healthcare Group. There he served as a member of a Nashville-based team that provided banking, capital markets and M&A advisory services to traditional middle-market public and private healthcare companies in the Southeast. During his tenure at Alpine Capital, as the Head of Business Development, he was responsible for originating middle-market, asset-based, cashflow leverage and enterprise value loans up to $100MM in support of direct and sponsor-backed LBOs, recaps and refinancing transactions across the healthcare sector. Originally from Kentucky, Terrell’s hobbies include playing golf, soccer and following University of Louisville basketball.
