Scott Erb is responsible for the execution of Oakworth’s digital strategy to ensure a “Best in Class” client experience. He oversees all digital channels that are a part of the client experience including, but not limited to, the online and mobile platforms for all services, websites, products offered, social media channels, and client communication. Mr. Erb has 20 years of progressive experience in the digital/technology arena that expands across multiple industries including higher education, non-profit, banking, and the legal industry where he was named the 2019 Member of the year for the Southeast Legal Marketing Association. He serves as an officer for the Troy University Birmingham Area Alumni Chapter and as a leader for his children’s cub scout pack.
